Kinetik has strict controls that prevent providers from billing beyond set limits, which our team defines at the time of booking. We can also set trip limits so long-distance rides are flagged for prior approval, triggering a review to ensure the member is going to the closest available provider. This directly helps us reduce waste in the system.
