The Charles Rawls internship program

Kinetik is proud to dedicate the Charles Rawls Internship Program in honor of Charles Rawls, Kinetik’s Senior Director of Security Operations, whose leadership, mentorship, and commitment to excellence have profoundly shaped our organization.

Charles believes in people – in their potential, their growth, and their ability to create lasting impact through purpose-driven work. He leads by example, inspiring those around him to stay curious, think boldly, and care deeply about the work they do and the teams they do it with.

Guided by Charles’s example, this internship program gives students meaningful opportunities to learn and contribute across Kinetik. Interns will work on real projects alongside our teams, developing the perspective and confidence to grow as future leaders. It reflects our culture of curiosity, collaboration, and integrity that Charles continues to champion.
