Held over a focused 48-hour sprint, the hackathon empowered employees—from engineers and product designers to operations and client success teams—to pitch bold ideas and bring them to life. Teams collaborated across time zones and disciplines, developing everything from improved API integrations and streamlined claims workflows to new tools for enhancing the non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) experience.

The event wasn’t just about coding. It was about creative problem-solving, teamwork, and elevating the member and provider experience. Each team presented their solution to a panel of internal judges, showcasing not just technical talent but also user-focused thinking and a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
