From the number of claims processed to the types of claims received and the status of each claim, you'll have a comprehensive snapshot of your claims management process to empower business decision making. 


 

Claim Duplication

Our software now enables you to effortlessly copy claims while adding the ability to edit essential fields or leave original ones. Now, you can save time by automatically duplicating claims without having to manually copy the original claim data. 


Redesigned Email Notifications

We are excited to introduce our revamped email notifications, featuring a fresh and modern aesthetic with improved graphics for easier readability. These enhancements are designed to improve your overall user experience, ensuring you stay informed whenever changes are made to your personal account.

 

Looking Ahead: What's on the Horizon

The Kinetik Team is keeping our foot on the gas pedal with continued improvements, and we want to share a bit about what is coming up next for RCM! Keep an eye out for the upcoming redesign of your claim history. You will be able to review past claims easily on one page, improving your user experience. Additionally, we're enhancing Provider Search for Admin access users, making it even more powerful and user-friendly.
